DELIVERY:  All canvas wrapped paintings will be bubble wrapped with an outer package of cardboard for protection.     

Dispatch times:   We have some of our pictures already made up.  If not, each picture is made up individually for each customer.   This takes a little time as each has to be printed out, left to dry for 6 hours, treated with protective  varnish, again left to dry for 12 hours  and then stretched around wooden bars.    We try to get out orders out as soon as we can. However, we would ask you to allow us 7 days from the date of payment.   
Delivery times:    Once dispatched, delivery times are as f olllows:
UK - free ( Royal Mail or courier, depending on the size of the order.  Items will be sent by 1st class or next day from date of readiness if by courier.)
Europe - This depends upon weight and destination.   Delivery should be 5 -10 days.   (However, this may take up to 28 days, depending on your local post processor.)
International -  Again, this depends on weight and destination.    Delivery should be 15-28 days.   (However, this may takeup to 60 days, depending on your local post processor.) 

INSURANCE:   We shall arrange insurance against loss or damage as a matter of course for our Orignal Paintings.   We do not generally insure our giclee prints unless an order is for multiple prints and of high value.

RETURNS:  If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may return it in perfect condition, in its original packaging within 10 days of purchase. Should you do this, we shall refund you, making a deduction for the postage charges.   If you do return a painting to us, we would strongly urge you to obtain proof of posting and/or insurance.
