Damage.   It is important to us that your picture reaches you in perfect condition.  Each picture is well wrapped to ensure it's safe transportation and, to date, we have never had a picture damaged in transit.  However, in the event of damage or imperfection, we would ask you to tell us about it immediately.   We would then ask you to return the picture to us and we will refund your postage and sen you another.

Disatisfaction.  We know that ordering from the web is more tricky than buying in person becasue you cannot actually inspect the item you are buying.   We have no doubt that this is why the majority of our online sales come from those of you who have already seen our pictures in person.

For this reason, we believe that it is important to give you the option of return so that you can purchase with confidence.    If you are disappointed with your purchase, please do tell us immediately.   You have the option to return it to us in it's original packaaging within 10 days of purchase.   Should you do this, we shall refund your purchase price, making a deduction only for our postal charges.   If you do return a painting to us, we would ask you to obtain proof of posting.

To date, nobody has ever returned a picture to us because they are disatisfied.  But should this happen, we would offer a no quibble money back return.

postal charges

UK.   We charge a one off postage fee of £5.30 for all orders wthin the UK.   

Europe.    There is a an additonal charge to all European destinations.

USA and Canada.   There is a slightly higher charge to USA and Canadian destinations.

 

 

despatch times

Nearly all of our pictures are already made up and in stock.    If your pictures is not in stock, we shall e-mail you to tell you that there will be a delay, which is usually about seven days to ten days.    The vast majority of our orders are despatched within two to three working days.    

We never post pictures on a Saturday because we don't like them sitting around in the postal service on non-working days.   Once they leave us, we like them to travel to you as quickly as possible.

Once despatched, delivery is by first class post to all desinations.    

Royal Mail - delivery by royal mail usually takes one day but next day deleivery is not guaranteed.

Europe - This depends very much upon the destination.   Delivery should be about five to ten days.  

International - Delivery should be about fifteen to twently eight days.     

insurance

If you painting is an original painting, we shall arrange insurance prior to sending.   We do not insure our prints.

PAYMENT ONLINE  

Nochex.    You can pay online using your debit or credit card.   You do not have to have a Nochex account to pay by Nochex.   This is very safe and secure and we never see your card details.

Paypal.     You can pay by using Paypal, although you will need a Paypal account if you pay in this way.   This is also a very safe and secure way to pay and we never see your card details.

PAYMENT BY POST

You can order and pay in in GB pounds only to Lizzie Hall, 38 Heol St. Denys, Lisvane, Cardiff, CF14 0RU.  Your order will be sent once payment has cleared.

PAYMENT ON THE PHONE

Sometimes customers ask us to take their payment over the phone.    We are also happy to take payment this way.    We never keep details of your debit or credit cards.    If you do choose to pay in this way, please ask to speak to me, Lizzie only.
